Camp Bashore Scout Reservation/eurest Dining Service, 160 Moonshine Rd., Jonestown, June 14. Pass. Food storage containers were observed to have old food residue and were not clean to sight and touch.

Amvets Post #293 Home Association Inc, 2074 Rte. 72 N., Lebanon, June 13. Pass. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed handwash sink leaking in the kitchen.

Blue Mountain Golf Course, 628 Blue Mountain Rd., Fredericksburg, June 13. Pass. No violations.

Buddy’s, 35 S. 8th, Lebanon, Follow-up, June 13. Pass. Three rubber spatulas with some minor deterioration were observed. Discarded spatulas. A container of utensils and the sides of three small metal pans, all food contact surfaces, were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch. Frequency of cleaning in the facility is inadequate as evidenced by food debris in the corner near the handwashing sink.

Restaurant Latino, 42 S. 8th, Lebanon, Follow-up, June 13. Pass. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. The wall behind the prep table and the exterior of a dry ingredient container, both non-food contact surfaces, are not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. One container of degreaser in a spray bottle, a working containers in the prep area, used for storing *chemicals, cleaners* taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical.

Thousand Trails Hershey – Mhc Thousand Trails Lp, 493 S. M.t Pleasant Rd., Lebanon, June 13. Pass. No violations.

Anytime Acai, mobile food facility Type 3, 1245 Washington St., Lebanon, June 12. Pass. No violations.

Domino’s Pizza, 503 Cumberland St., Lebanon, June 12. Pass. Observed one plastic food container with a crack. Discarded. The area around the door knob on the interior door to the food prep area, a non-food contact surface is not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid PDA Food Employee Certification for the person identified as the Manager in a location conspicuous to the consumer. The trash receptacle in front of the facility was overflowing and garbage was on the ground.

Jonestown / Hershey Ne Koa, 11 Lickdale Rd., Jonestown, June 12. Pass. Observed a deeply scored cutting board not resurfaced or discarded as required. Non-food contact surfaces (hood filters) not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation grease.

Lebanon Country Club, 3375 Oak St., Lebanon, Change of Owner, June 12. Pass. Can opener blade, a food contact surface, was observed to have old food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. The interior of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have mold and was not clean to sight and touch. Non-food contact surfaces (hood filters) not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of grease.

William Penn Rest., 633 Cumberland St., Lebanon, June 12. Pass. Several raw animal foods, specifically raw beef and bacon, were stored above ready to eat food, chili, in one reach-in refrigeration unit. Corrected. The interior of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have pink and brown residue and was not clean to sight and touch. The bottom of a reach-in refrigeration unit and one shelf in the unit, both non-food contact surfaces are not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid PDA Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer. The Manager of the Facility does not have a valid Manager Certification certificate. Manager of the facility does not have a Certified Manager certificate posted. The certificate currently posted for an individual is expired. One corner of the kitchen had an accumulation of debris that should be removed from the facility and/or stored at another location.

Poncho’s Backyard Grubbin’, mobile food facility Type 4, 127 S. Broad St., Myerstown, June 11. Pass. No violations.

Friendly’s Restaurants, 1701 Quentin Rd., Lebanon, Change of Owner, June 10. Pass. No violations.

Kylin Asian Fusion, 901 E Main St., Ste. 13, Palmyra, June 10. Pass. Food employee observed in the kitchen, not wearing a proper hair restraint. Food dispensing utensil in cooked rice observed stored in the food and not with handle above the top of the food and the container. Non-food contact surfaces (hood filters) not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of grease.

Weis Markets #094, 901 Main St., Palmyra, Complaint, June 10. Pass. No violations.
