Fan guards in the produce cooler and the meat room cooler were observed with an accumulation of dust. Non-food contact surfaces of dairy cooler not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of mold. Wall in the back deli area is made of drywall that is peeling/roughened / and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface.

The handwash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by a rag basket and was not accessible at all times for employee use. Corrected.
