Cardboard is not a suitable material for food contact. The light intensity in several areas is inadequate due to several lights not function properly.

Observed various types of food debris scattered into other foods in the bain marie. A container of black beans was labeled with a cover that said “chicken” and an old date of 5/24 on June 6. Numerous food contact surfaces; specifically, clean silverware and the bottom of the silverware caddy, the cutting board at the bain marie, a container of checkered deli paper for lining food baskets, large spoons/utensils, a container holding Chorizo, the interior of the microwave, the peripheral areas of the bain marie and the nozzles of the soft drink machine were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch.
