Numerous food contact surfaces; specifically, clean silverware and the bottom of the silverware caddy, the cutting board at the bain marie, a container of checkered deli paper for lining food baskets, large spoons/utensils, a container holding Chorizo, the interior of the microwave, the peripheral areas of the bain marie and the nozzles of the soft drink machine were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch.
