Olive Garden, 910 Plaza Blvd., Lancaster, follow-up, May 24. Fail. The person in charge does not have adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this noncompliant inspection. Exposed food preparation observed in the bar area under dirty ventilation ducts, and subject to potential contamination. Cheese was held at 55 F, in the bain-marie in the food preparation area, rather than 41 F or below as required. Discard all food in broken bain-marie in food preparation area. Temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in cold-hold equipment. Observed interior and exterior of the bread oven, in the food preparation area, with encrusted grease and soil accumulation. Observed stove, in food preparation area, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on nonfood contact surfaces. Clean beverage station. Clean floors in produce walk-in refrigerator. Observed broken glass under hand-wash sink in bar area. Clean inside of all cold hold units. Clean vents in food preparation area next to office. Nonfood contact surfaces throughout facility, bar and food preparation area not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Remove or fix all broken or unused equipment. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of insect activity in food preparation area, but facility has a pest control program. Cleaning supplies and personal items stored in hood above cooking equipment in food preparation area a possible source of contamination.

Co., North Carolina, and Trumoola Fun Cube Assorted flavors Delta 9 Gummies, Riverdale, NJ., which contain an unapproved additive as specified in 21 CFR 170-180 relating to food additives. Such products are under U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation and at which time CBD is not recognizable as a safe substance to be added to food. Observed raw chicken stored above containers of drinks in the walk-in cooler. Chicken wings and drumsticks were held at 123 F and 132 F under the heat lamp, rather than 135 F or above as required. Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible for monitoring the temperature of cooked food. Grime observed in the hand-wash sink in the restroom. The hand-wash sink in the kitchen was blocked by a large trashcan and not accessible at all times for employee use. Soap was not available at the hand-wash sink in the restroom. The ceiling in the back storage area has two large holes in it with a large crack that runs across the ceiling between both holes.
