Lancaster Cupcake, 111 Springwood Dr. Suite 200, Lebanon, Opening, May 3. Pass. No violations.

Are And Be Café, 381 N. 8th St. Lebanon, May 2. Pass. The interior of the microwave, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Cleaned immediately.

Francisco’s Pizza, 375 N. 10th St. Lebanon, May 2. Pass. No violations.

Italian Village Pizza, USA, 2 Lehman St. Lebanon, May 2. Pass. The there is debris under one shelf along the rear wall of the walk-in cooler. It appears that there is deterioration along the bottom of the wall along the floor/wall junction. Wall on the back of the building is in need of repair. A contractor has already been scheduled for the needed work.

Mt Gretna Hideaway, 40 Boulevard St. Mount Gretna, May 2. Pass. Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. Old food residue, dishes and utensils observed in the handwash sink, indicating uses other than handwashing in the kitchen. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of insect (flies) activity in the kitchen.

Porch & Pantry, 106 Chautauqua Dr. Mount Gretna, May 2. Pass. Food employee observed in the kitchen, not wearing a proper hair restraint. Observed a deeply scored cutting board not resurfaced or discarded as required. Food facility did not submit a HACCP plan for approval by the Department as required for bottled fermented sauces made on site. Corrected on site.

Seltzers Smokehouse Outlet, 209 N. Railroad St. Palmyra, May 1. Pass. No violations.

Speedway #06766, 2949 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown, May 1. Pass. No violations.

Turkey Hill Minit Market #122, 66 W. Main St. Campbelltown, May 1. Pass. No violations.

Big Daddy’s Ribs & Wings, 204 Cumberland St. Lebanon, April 30. Pass. The interior of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have some dark residue residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Observed clean food equipment on one storage shelf, stored uncovered or not inverted.

Cafeteria Los Muchos, 27 S. 8th St. Lebanon, April 30. Pass. A container of plastic utensils had a small amount of food debris inside of it. The handwash sink under the counter is the only handwashing sink in the facility. Paper debris in the sink was dry; therefore, the sink was obviously not being used for handwashing. A few unnecessary items are stored in the facility which is very small; these items should be stored somewhere else to allow for better storage of needed items and better cleaning.

JM Mart, 102 E. Main St. Palmyra, April 30. Pass. No violations.

Rising Sun, 2850 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown, April 30. Pass. Food employee observed in the kitchen, not wearing a proper hair restraint. The interior of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have mold and was not clean to sight and touch.

Magic Wok, 720 Quentin Rd. April 29. Pass. Observed one container of chicken on the floor under a prep table. Removed. Old egg rolls on the floor behind a chest freezer. One spray bottle, a working containers in prep area, used for storing chemicals or cleaners taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical.
