Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods Coffeemate Hazelnut Creamer (label states “keep refrigerated”) without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. Corrected – creamer was discarded.

Cool Creek Golf Club, 300 Cool Creek Rd. Wrightsville, April 30. Pass. Manual warewashing equipment observed with build up of filth and food residue and not cleaned before use, and frequently throughout the day. Upper interior of microwave, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected.

Severely dented, distressed canned items (Spaghetti sauce, oranges, cherries) observed in dry storage area are and intended for use or sale in the food facility. Corrected. Chest freezer in the office area with top broken and with duct tape which is not an approve material for repair. Cracked and broken tiles observed under fryer and under oven and need to be repaired.
