The screens of both back doors are torn and no longer protect against insects. Soap was not available at the hand-wash sink in the dishwashing area.

Friendly’s No. 7329, 578 Centerville Road, Lancaster, May 1. Pass. Raw shell eggs stored above sliced ham in the two-door cooler. Cheese and chili were held at 129 F and 130 F, respectively, on the steam table rather than 135 F or above as required. Diced tomatoes, cheese, dressing and milk were held at 49-50 F in the salad cooler rather than 41 F or below as required. This unit’s condensing fan was frozen; the ambient temperature in the unit was 50 F. All temperature-control-for-safety foods were removed to the walk-in cooler. Temperature-control-for-safety foods are not permitted to be stored in this unit until it maintains a temperature of 41 F or colder. Soap was not available at the hand-wash sink on the side of the cook line. The inside of the walk-in cooler door is rusted through; there’s a large hole in the door, exposing insulation.
