March 7th is thought to be late on the calendar with his 2023 address occurring February 7. This year, President Biden will likely outline his administration’s policy achievements and priorities, which will be a bit of a divergence from last year’s speech highlighting the nation’s economic recovery after the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Tune in to watch the full speech.
