The health of the Chesapeake Bay grades out as a D+

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation last week released its biennial State of the Bay report, which grades the health of the bay in several different areas.

As has been the case for most of the 40 years of the bay restoration, this report shows there is good and bad news.

Overall though, the Chesapeake Bay got a 32 score or a D plus grade.
