Arguably the best private detective in London, Eliza Scarlet is at it again. This time she’s solving a real-life murder mystery with the help of her odd-job man, Moses, and William (a.k.a. The Duke). All this while preventing Mrs. Parker from choosing a suitable-but-loveless match for her independent niece, Hattie.
In this Sunday’s episode of Miss Scarlet and The Duke: Quarter to Midnight, Eliza investigates a series of murders. Her investigation leads her focus to a famous mystery writer when she notices the murders mimic scenes in his books.
Meanwhile, William continues to juggle workplace politics with his new superintendent and a troubled young detective.
Watch Miss Scarlet and the Duke Sundays at 8pm through the PBS Video app or on WITF TV. Episodes are free to stream for free for two weeks following their television premiere, but WITF Passport members can binge the entire new season (and season one) now using the PBS Video app.
