  Fred Vigeant is WITF's Director of Programming and Promotions for TV and Radio. Fred manages the schedules for our radio and television platforms. He also analyzes audience research and manages the public affairs program Smart Talk. Previously, Fred was at WRVO in Oswego, NY for 12 years serving in various roles including Program Director and before that Operations Manager. Fred graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Broadcasting.

Catch the thriller Annika on WITF Passport beginning April 17.

Fishing bodies from the waters around Glasgow, Scotland, DI Annika Strandhed and her newly formed Marine Homicide Unit face a steady stream of murders in this new six-part series, starring Nicola Walker (Unforgotten, Last Tango in Halifax) as the title character.

Confiding her thoughts directly to viewers, Annika juggles baffling cases and a rebellious teenage daughter. The former are easier to solve than the latter.

Annika will be available beginning April 17 through the PBS Video app for WITF Passport Members.
