President Biden will deliver what the White House has called his “first primetime address” on Thursday, March 11.
NPR News and PBS Newshour plan to carry this address and will be available on radio, television and our digital platforms beginning at 8:00pm.
The remarks will mark one-year since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization and shutdowns ensued. Special coverage is expected to last about 30 minutes.
