  Fred Vigeant is WITF's Director of Programming and Promotions for TV and Radio. Fred manages the schedules for our radio and television platforms. He also analyzes audience research and manages the public affairs program Smart Talk. Previously, Fred was at WRVO in Oswego, NY for 12 years serving in various roles including Program Director and before that Operations Manager. Fred graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Broadcasting.

The Hollywood Bowl roster always features a broad variety of artists and genres, showcasing world-class artists ranging from classical and pop to jazz, rock and world music.

In Concert at the Hollywood Bowl features the return of legendary Hollywood Bowl favorites, as well as acclaimed artists making their Hollywood Bowl debuts, while celebrating the music from a diverse array of cultures and communities around the world.

In this episode, we’ll see a few of Gustavo Dudamel’s favorite performances from throughout the years: “Swan Lake” with American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Misty Copeland, Dvořák’s Cello Concerto with Pablo Ferrández and the finale to Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.
