  Fred Vigeant is WITF's Director of Programming and Promotions for TV and Radio. Fred manages the schedules for our radio and television platforms. He also analyzes audience research and manages the public affairs program Smart Talk. Previously, Fred was at WRVO in Oswego, NY for 12 years serving in various roles including Program Director and before that Operations Manager. Fred graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Broadcasting.

Dick Van Dyke is a beloved entertainment icon.

His enduring career includes starring roles in The Dick Van Dyke Show, Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Bye Bye Birdie and Night at the Museum.

Dick Van Dyke: A Celebration on WITF chronicles the life and career of this legendary actor and features clips from a variety of his performances.

The program also includes interviews with the entire cast of The Dick Van Dyke Show, including Mary Tyler Moore, Carl Reiner, Morey Amsterdam and Rose Marie. Additional commentary from Tim Conway, Sid Caesar, Pat Boone, Pat Carroll and Tim Allen also provides insight into the life of this celebrated Hollywood entertainer.
