(Jonestown)—The Pennsylvania State Police have cited a business in Lebanon County for being out of compliance with COVID-19 business closure orders.  Troopers visited Middle Creek Roofing in Millcreek Township after receiving numerous anonymous complaints.

The business had been warned earlier in the week by the State Police as well as Millcreek Township Police.

While on the scene, investigators were advised a training meeting was being conducted involving nine individuals near one another without personal protective equipment being provided or in use.  The issue had also been addressed with the owner by current employees who were concerned about their personal health.

The business was cited for violating Governor Wolf’s order on March 19th which suspended in-person operations of non-life-sustaining businesses.
