America Amplified on radio

Public radio stations across the country along with WITF are teaming up for the weekly call-in show called America Amplified: Life, Community, and COVID-19.
Every Saturday afternoon, this live show will feature a different topic each hour and two different co-hosts each week.
We’ll focus on our “new normal,” and help Americans step back and share our diverse — yet collective — experiences toward charting a new future.
We’ll provide insight into how communities are responding to the coronavirus crisis, and allow listeners to gain a sense that we’re all in this together.
Join us for America Amplified: Life, Community, and COVID-19 Saturday afternoon 3pm to 5pm on WITF 89.5 & 93.3. Here’s how you can participate:
- Share your reactions, personal experiences or concerns with us through social media: Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
- Leave us an email or voice memo message at contact@AmericaAmplified.org.
- Call in during the live show each Saturday at 1-800-444-8652.
America Amplified is a temporary schedule change to our radio schedule through the end of May. In the meantime, you can still hear Ted Radio Hour Wednesdays at 2pm and On the Media Saturday at 5am.
