MUSIC IN THE KEY OF WE – AN ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF COMMUNITY will be an inspiring and unifying event, celebrating Harrisburg’s renaissance along with three significant anniversaries: Stuart Malina’s 20th season as music director, the Harrisburg Symphony Society’s 30th season, and the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra’s 90th season. The event will start at 4:00 pm and will feature the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra supplemented by jazz legend Steve Rudolph and other local jazz musicians, a gospel choir, and a massive chorus, hundreds strong, for the finale of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, the famous Ode to Joy. It will be as representative of our region as it will be beautiful to behold.

Join us on April 4, 2020 in the 7,000-seat New Holland Arena at the Farm Show Complex, as we step outside the typical orchestral venue and into a more relaxed and casual atmosphere.

Contest ends March 22.
