  Fred Vigeant is WITF's Director of Programming and Promotions for TV and Radio. Fred manages the schedules for our radio and television platforms. He also analyzes audience research and manages the public affairs program Smart Talk. Previously, Fred was at WRVO in Oswego, NY for 12 years serving in various roles including Program Director and before that Operations Manager. Fred graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Broadcasting.

This March WITF features the first special from PBS Kids’ latest series Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum in Xavier Riddle and the Secret Movie: I Am Madam President.

Shocked to discover that no girl has ever been President of the United States, Yadina goes on a journey to meet some of history’s boldest women and finds out exactly how she can do something that’s never been done before.

Follow her adventure through time in this one-hour special from Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum.

Watch this special one-hour program March 16 at 9am and 4:30pm on WITF and 7:30am on WITFK.  The program repeats several times on both channels the week of March 16. Check out WITF’s schedule for specific broadcast times. It will also be available for on-demand viewing through the PBS Kids Video App.
