The WITF Central PA Spelling Bee will be buzzing along to your television very soon!
On Saturday, February 22, 34 students will compete for the title of king or queen bee! Qualifying students from 66 schools, these 34 students scored the highest on a 100-word written test which consisted of 50 spelling words and 50 vocabulary words.
Who will be the next champion? You’ll have to watch to find out!
The WITF Central PA Spelling Bee broadcasts Sunday March 1 at 6pm. The broadcast will repeat Wednesday March 4 at 3:30pm and Friday March 6 at 1pm. The WITF Central PA Spelling Bee will also be available to stream through the PBS Video app beginning March 2.
