Wendy Loranzo says her daughter, Liz, had a big heart and always wanted to help people.
Liz was a beautician and was introduced to heroin by a client. She died of an overdose on March 19, 2017.
Following Liz’s death, Wendy has been very vocal about heroin addiction. She started the Elizabeth Loranzo iCare Foundation in memory of her daughter. The foundation is dedicated to helping individuals battling addiction, and their families. Wendy says more people need to talk about heroin and its impact on our communities.
