No charges against person who left KKK fliers in York County

Law enforcement is not bringing charges against the person who admitted to distributing Ku Klux Klan fliers in York County.
In an email, Northern York County Regional Police Chief Mark Bentzel said, after consulting with the York County District Attorney’s Office, no charges will be filed. He deferred questions about the legal background for the decision.
The district attorney’s office has not yet responded for comment.
