York firefighter, assistant fire chief file negligence lawsuits in factory collapse

Firefighter Erik Swanson and his wife, Donna, and Assistant Fire Chief Greg Altland and his wife, Lisa, filed the lawsuits on Tuesday in the York County Court of Common Pleas against Carney Engineering Group Inc. and Joshua Carney.
