Hate or heritage, Civil War symbol is not to be displayed by fair vendors
(York) — Hijacked by hate groups, the flag that arguably was once viewed as a symbol of Southern pride or simple redneck rebellion now is widely deemed offensive to a lot of Americans.
So, two years after banning the sale of items and clothing bearing the Confederate flag at the Delaware State Fair,
