(Undated) — The bicycle, painted entirely in black, sits on a spot of grass between the Heritage Rail Trail and the intersection of Jessop Place and Kings Mill Road.

Fastened to the bike is a heart, and hanging inside that heart is a small pot of flowers. On the ground in front of the bike is a gold-colored heart.
