Tornado confirmed in Cumberland County

(Enola) — The National Weather Service has confirmed a tornado touched down in Cumberland County recently.

Meteorologists say winds reached speeds of 90 miles per hour in Enola on Tuesday, May 15th, around 4:15 p.m.

The storm knocked down a few dozen trees, destroyed a shed, and damaged a home and vehicle along its 200-yard path.

No one was injured.

The confirmation is subject to change pending a final review of the event.
