What happened to spring? Weather turns with flooding potential

(Undated) — You can put those shorts away for a few days.
While the region saw sunny skies and temperatures in the 80s on Friday and Saturday, people across the midstate woke up Sunday morning to a cold, rainy, blustery day.
A flash flood watch is in effect until noon in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill and York counties today.
Temperatures aren’t expected to climb out of the 40s, and heavy rain is expected with the potential for flooding and a possible thunderstorm, according to AccuWeather.com.
The National Weather Service predicts one to inches of rain, with wind gusts up to 31 miles-per-hour.
Today’s high is expected to reach 55 degrees, but clouds and rain are forecast.
Tomorrow’s forecast drops back down to 48 degrees, with a chance of rain — and snow — showers.
By Wednesday, the region should be back up to 61 degrees and sunny, according to AccuWeather.
