The Tiger Family is visiting Grandpere’s house and Daniel notices all of the things that are different and all of the things that are the same. Then, Grandpere and Daniel spend time together hunting for buried treasure.
The Tiger Family Goes Back Home
It’s Daniel’s last day visiting Grandpere! Grandpere takes him on a special sunrise boat ride before the Tiger Family heads back to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Strategy: When you’re away you can play this game, find what’s different and what’s the same.
Ideas:
Spending time together as a family is fun. Children value special time spent with you! Build “boats” out of aluminum foil and try to see if they float in a pan of water. Is your boat like the boat Daniel is on? Cut a cardboard tube left over from paper towels to create two smaller tubes. Use masking tape to secure those two tubes together side by side and then go for a walk with your “binoculars”. Look at baby pictures together or pictures from a trip you have taken as a family. Talk about where you would like to visit someday together.
