A: Safety is our #1 priority.  Therefore, WITF reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip if weather conditions make traveling hazardous.

In the event of a cancellation, WITF will notify guests through the information provided for the primary contact person at the time of reservation no later than 6am on January 6, 2018.  WITF will then reschedule a trip to the Please Touch Museum for a future Saturday date and will notify guests of the new date.  (Please note that the Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood: A Grr-ific Exhibit! will be at the Please Touch Museum until January 15, 2018. While WITF cannot guarantee that we can reschedule a cancelled trip for before this exhibit ends, we will make every effort to do so.  If this is not feasible, a future date may be selected during the next temporary exhibit which features PBS’s Sid the Science Kid and runs from February 3 until May 6, 2018.)
