(Harrisburg) — Two chiropractors in the midstate are accused of defrauding insurance companies of about $150,000.

State Attorney General Bruce Beemer says 37-year-old Joshua Rosinski and 44-year-old Joseph Brady were arrested on insurance fraud, corrupt organizations, theft and criminal conspiracy charges.

The AG’s office alleges the men filed false insurance claims for services they said they provided to each other and family members.

Rosinski worked at Herman Chiropractic Center in Harrisburg, while Brady was employed at the Herman location in Chambersburg.

A grand jury investigation found in one case, Rosinski filed a claim for chiropratic services with Brady’s wife, even though she gave birth to a child the same day.

AG Beemer says the investigation is ongoing.

Both Rosinkski and Brady could not immediately be reached for comment.
