Phil was right!

(Harrisburg) — It’s beginning to look like that groundhog in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvannia was spot on with his forecast this year.
In early February, Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his burrow, failed to see his shadow, and called for an early spring.
It appears the midstate is headed in that direction with human weather forecasters calling for high’s in the 50’s on Monday, 60’s on Tuesday and maybe 70’s on Wednesday.
And the extended forecast has temperatures staying well above normal for the remainder of the week.
Spring officially arrives in two weeks, on Sunday, March 20th.
Believe it or not, Daylight Savings Time begins next Sunday.
