(Harrisburg) — A Lancaster man is facing charges of claiming unemployment benefits while working full-time.

Federal prosecutors says 54-year-old Angel Luis Carrasco-Rivera received the benefits from 2008 through late 20-12 through the state Department of Labor and Industry.

Carrasco-Rivera allegedly received more than $102,000 over the five years.

Prosecutors say he’s expected to plead guilty and agree to pay back the money.

He’s charged with mail fraud, which could include up to 20 years in prison.
