Day care “doing all it can” to prevent attack like Wednesday’s
(Harrisburg) — Two days after a man attacked a midstate day care after using synthetic marijuana, the center says it’s doing all it can to make sure a similar incident doesn’t happen again.
Growing Adventures Child Development Center in Middletown says the attack cauased some damage but no children or staff were injured.
However, police say 27-year-old Michael McQuay had been holding a girl by the neck.
Police used a stun gun to subdue McQuay, while a passer-by attempted to rescue the girl.
He’s charged with attempted homicide and other offenses.
