(Harrisburg) — The Pennsylvania Farm Show is less than a month away, and the preparations, big and small, are underway.

The popular food court will be adding a few more options like fried pickles and pork nachos, but first, every space has to divided, says Samantha Krepps with the state Department of Agriculture.

“We’re marking the halls to make sure every vendor gets their spot and where it’s supposed to be,” says Krepps.

Krepps says set up staff is working around the current events at the complex.

Work on another farm show tradition – the butter sculpture – is set to start the day after Christmas.

The Farm Show opens January 10th.
