(Lancaster) — Seven shootings in Lancaster in the past month and a half, and the beating death of an elementary school teacher in her home, are prompting a candlelight vigil tomorrow night.

The vigil will run from seven until eight and city leaders are asking downtown churches to ring their bells for one minute, starting at 7:30.

Two city councilors are leading the effort.
