An NPR headline asked whether the video of pro football player Ray Rice assaulting his then fiancee and now wife will start a national conversation on domestic violence.
Domestic violence is an issue WITF’s Smart Talk has highlighted many times, including this program last month, that was broadcast right after the National Football League suspended Rice for two games.
Peg Dierkers, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence was featured.
