(Lancaster) — A trio of Lancaster area heroes are slated to be honored at tonight’s Barnstormers game.

Teenagers Temar Boggs and Chris Garcia will throw out the ballgame’s ceremonial first pitches.

In July, the friends took off on their bicycles to search for a kidnapped five year old girl. They spotted the girl and followed the suspect until she was released.

Later tonight, Lancaster firefighter Lieutenant Andre Kelley will be recognized during the seventh inning stretch. Kelley suffered burns on over 40 percent of his body after rushing into a burning building earlier this year.

The Barnstormers have reserved a seat in Kelley’s name since their home opener, and tonight marks his first opportunity to use it.
