The idea behind the promotion the city’s professional soccer team is holding is obviously to attract fans who also would enjoy craft beers. The Islanders like many others realize more and more people are drinking craft beers.

Sales of craft beers have increased by 10-15% each year for much of the past decade. At the same time, large brewers’ sales are flat.
